Megan and Anthony’s fall wedding was nothing short of magical, set on a stunning ranch in Eastern NC. The warm weather may have felt more like summer, but by evening, the temperature cooled off perfectly for dancing under the stars. All day long, horses and cattle roamed the fields around us, making it feel like we’d stepped right into an episode of Yellowstone. The girls got ready in the horse stables, which was the perfect, rustic spot. Megan trusted me every step of the way, and I’m so grateful for that—it allowed us to capture some truly special moments!

One of my favorite moments was Megan’s first look with her dad. They shared a quick fireball shot together (how iconic is that!), making it a fun and memorable start to the day. The ceremony itself was incredibly touching. Everyone was moved by Megan and Anthony’s handwritten vows—you could truly feel the love between them.

They also incorporated a few unique and meaningful touches. For their ring warming ceremony, each guest in the front row had a chance to hold and pray over their rings, blessing their marriage in a way I hadn’t seen before in my 8+ years of wedding photography. For their unity ceremony, they mixed soil from each of their childhood homes, symbolizing their roots coming together—a beautiful, personal touch.
