There’s nothing quite like the magic of a Christmas wedding, and Addisyn and Cole’s special day at The Hartwood was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I knew this wedding was going to be one for the books.

Meagan Fail worked her magic as planner and decorator, leaving no detail untouched. From the twinkling lights to the perfectly placed décor, every element brought Addisyn’s vision of a nighttime Christmas wedding to life. For me, this was a unique experience, as we used flash for over 50% of the day—a bit out of my comfort zone—but Addisyn inspired me to get creative, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to push my limits.

The day began with the girls getting ready in the venue’s stunningly lit bridal suite. Every corner of The Hartwood was designed with care, making it a dream to capture all the details. Meanwhile, the guys enjoyed their morning in the cozy cabin on the property, complete with pool games and the Carolina basketball game playing in the background.

Before we knew it, it was time for the ceremony. Addisyn looked radiant as she walked down the aisle with her dad, Tracy, and Cole’s emotional reaction was everything. The candlelit ceremony, framed by Christmas trees, felt like something out of a movie.

Bride and groom portraits were pure magic, featuring a horse-drawn carriage and even a snow machine! The celebration didn’t stop there—guests enjoyed an unforgettable reception complete with a smoke machine for their first dance, Santa hats, glow sticks, and a late-night snack bar. Every single moment was thoughtful, festive, and joyful, creating a day that felt truly magical.

The night ended with a sparkler send-off under the stars, the perfect conclusion to such a memorable day.
