Hunter and Mac’s wedding day was the perfect blend of classic, timeless and…FUN! I mean it when I say that they make the perfect pair – Hunter is the sweetest most genuine bride and Mac is the silliest and most fun guy to be around. They complement each other perfectly!

My dream as a photographer is to grow with couples and capture life’s biggest events for the whole family. That is part of what made this wedding so special to me! Back in December of 2019, I photographed Hunter’s brother’s wedding. In July of 2020, I did their beach family photos and now fast forward to June of 2023, I got to photograph Hunter’s wedding! It is so fun for me to really get to know the entire family and see them through every major life event!

Hunter and Mac wanted to dance the night away with their family and friends! We were able to capture ALL of the photos prior to the ceremony, which gave them ample time to party for the rest of the night. They had the Rhythm Express band and their guests LOVED IT. The dance floor was stocked with light up tambourines, glasses, and glow up sticks which brought the party to life.

Since the couple met at NC State, it was no surprise that the red and white pom pom’s (Go Pack!) on the dance floor were a huge hit! At the start of the evening, we gathered all of their state friends on the dance floor for a group pic.

It is always such a joy to know my wedding families before arriving on the wedding day and this was no exception. I just adore this couple and am so happy for them! Congratulations to The Mitchell’s!
