When I'm not in the Chik-fil-A drive thru, with my family or petting a stranger's puppy, I'm capturing images of the sweetest Southern love I can find. Here's a peek at the work I love to do and the people who don't make it feel like work at all.
There was so much goodness on Cheyenne + John’s wedding day. . . I don’t even know where to begin!
Cheyenne and John chose to get married on John’s family land! It is also where they live together in a log cabin and where the quite morning began as Cheyenne and her girls got ready. When I took Cheyenne’s bridals back in August, we were so worried about melting from the heat. The morning turned out to be beautiful and one of those rare *cooler* August days! Ever since that day, I just couldn’t wait to get back for their October wedding day – I knew the crisp cool air was going to make for a gorgeous day!
I traveled quite a ways for this wedding and would do it all over a million times if it meant I got to see Cheyenne and John again! I captured Cheyenne and John’s graduation photos at State about 2 years ago and I knew right then I may be back for a wedding day! I am so glad they trusted me to capture one of the biggest days of their life! We didn’t know how the time would play out on their wedding day to capture the cows in their newlywed portraits, but we had time and it was the highlight of the day! They have always dreamed of having their wedding photos taken with the cattle. John picked out each cow they own and knew them by name. It was so special to include them!
I am such a sucker for all things fall. . . So the little touches of pumpkins and mums were giving me LIFE! Not to mention all those gorgeous little sunspots that were creeping their way into pictures. In addition to all those beautiful things around – Cheyenne and John are just as beautiful on the inside. I loved getting to be a small little part of their sweet love story!
The new Mr. and Mrs. Bell are going to ROCK married life – there is no doubt after their wedding day that they are fully in love! Congrats, y’all!
