When I'm not in the Chik-fil-A drive thru, with my family or petting a stranger's puppy, I'm capturing images of the sweetest Southern love I can find. Here's a peek at the work I love to do and the people who don't make it feel like work at all.
Sarah and Cody are both youth pastors for their church and their faith was such a big part of their wedding day. It was so sweet to see how intentional they were about making sure that Christ stayed at the center of their marriage. During the ceremony Sarah and Cody did communion, tying of the cords and the washing of the feet. The ceremony was so sweet and thoughtful, and the pastor did an amazing job.
After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed a carnival themed cocktail hour! Sarah and Cody went on their first date at the fair, so it made PERFECT sense to tie it into their cocktail hour. Everyone loved the goldfish and glass bottle Coca-Colas! It was such a sweet way to incorporate a piece of their love story.
Sarah and Cody had opted for a private last dance rather than dancing during the reception. After the bubble exit, we snuck a few sunset portraits and then they headed out by HORSE AND CARRIAGE (which was a total surprise from their parents)! The perfect ending to their fairytale day.
