When I'm not in the Chik-fil-A drive thru, with my family or petting a stranger's puppy, I'm capturing images of the sweetest Southern love I can find. Here's a peek at the work I love to do and the people who don't make it feel like work at all.
I’m thrilled to share the highlights from the Burgess wedding! Michael and Anna met in Charleston, SC, and wanted their wedding to reflect the charm and beauty of the city. Jeffrey Surles Designs made sure of this, and the results were absolutely stunning! A June wedding can be hot, but we were blessed with beautiful, mild weather and a gentle breeze. Perfect wedding weather if you ask me.
Anna is a gentle, soft-spoken bride, and working with her and Michael was a dream. It isn’t my usual preference to meet the groom on the wedding day, but after meeting Michael for the first time on their big day, I knew it would turn out wonderfully for their wedding package! It felt like I had known Michael for years. He and his groomsmen were incredibly kind and made all the photos a breeze. Their families were equally accommodating, always ready to help with photos or anything else I needed.
Anna was especially enthusiastic about dancing shots, and they danced the night away after a delicious dinner and cake cutting. The energy and joy on the dance floor were infectious, making for some incredible photos!
It was truly a dream to be part of such a special day. Congratulations to The Burgesses!
