Alyssa and Jose’s families have been such a big part of their love story! It all started when Jose’s dad set them up on a blind date (how sweet is that!?) and once he knew she was the one, he proposed on her parent’s front porch! They had the most sweet, intimate and special wedding day and you could just feel the love surrounding them.

The girls started the day in the Honeymoon House and the overcast weather made for a very chill, quiet and calm morning. The guys also had their own space at the Camp House to get ready and as everyone prepared for the day, you could hear the jets flying over from the air show in our community.

Alyssa lost her dad a few years ago and it was so sweet to see how they honored him throughout the day. They gave his special car a front row seat at the entrance of the ceremony.

The ceremony was in the Birdsong Chapel where the aisle was lined with beautiful florals. Alyssa and Jose chose not to do a first look, so Jose got to see Alyssa for the first time surrounded by all of their family and friends. She looked stunning and it was so sweet to see his face light up upon her entrance!

The reception was gorgeous and their beautiful blue color pallet gave such a pretty pop of color. The guests enjoyed delicious food from Nana’s Catering (can we talk about those the banana pudding cups!? They were to DIE FOR!). We were able to sneak the couple away for a few sunset portraits during the reception. Then after the dance floor shut down, the couple was sent off with a sparkler exit!

It was such a great day celebrating the Maldonado’s with their amazing vendor team!
